Full Tour Description
This fascinating tour takes you through the city centre and the old Gothic Quarter, explore the narrow cobbled streets, discover the intriguing history of the city, take a peek at the houses hidden away from view and their enchanting courtyards and learn about the day to day life of Mallorcan families.
As you make your way through the city your guide will explain the importance of the port to the city, how stories throughout the centuries became legends and how these legends have culturally shaped the City of today. The tour includes a visit to the imposing Gothic Cathedral de la Seu which overlooks the sea, the Alumdaina Royal Palace once the Palace of the Mallorcan Kings and Queens and a walk along the top of the old city wall before venturing back into the Palma's old city town and the tree lined avenue of the Passeig de Born.
